Can I change my address?
Customers can request to change the shipping country if they accidentally chose the wrong destination only for orders in [Payment Complete] stage.
Only the shipping address of orders can be changed in [Payment Complete] stage, and shipping country CANNOT be changed in any circumstances.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
As soon as your order has been accepted, we immediately begin processing to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are
unable to make any changes to orders once placed.

What is your return policy?
Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use for future purchases. Returns will exclude the amount of outbound shipping costs and any return label fees. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Any item that shows any signs of usage
- Any item that has been damaged
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses
- Packages unclaimed by addressees
- Unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient information
- Unsuccessful delivery due to absence of addressees

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. You can return the product here instead of exchange if the product didn't work!
An item in my order was damaged in transit ?
Please send us an email at support@stylederma.com with your order number and an image of the damaged item, as well as the package your order was shipped in, and our team is happy to help you!
I'm still waiting for my refund?
Refund processing times vary and can take up to 30 business days depending on your financial institution.
To check the status of your refund, please confirm first we have updated your payments accordingly and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method(PayPal, credit card, debit card).
- You may either receive a direct deposit, or the refund can be deducted from the total balance of your financing account.

My order shows it was delivered, but I can't locate it?
If your tracking information is confirming delivery and you are unable to locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with your neighbors or family members to confirm the package was not left with them
- Looking at surrounding areas to confirm if the package was left around the premises
- Contacting the carrier as sometimes instances with a mis-scan may occur

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay, Klarna.
Can I make purchases in currencies other than US$?
We only accept US$ as payment currency.
How do I pay via PayPal?
To pay for an order through PayPal, please make sure you have a PayPal account.
In addition, please check if a bank account/credit card is linked to your PayPal account,
and the billing address linked to your PayPal account is the same as the order shipping address.
What is Klarna?
Klarna allows customers to pay over time for transactions with no interest. A soft credit check is required to utilize Klarna, which does not affect your credit score. Additional information is available at Klarna.com.
Can I use Klarna if I'm an international customer?
Klarna is available in the US, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, and The UK. Customers with other international billing addresses will not be able to create a Klarna account.

StyleDerma does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.
Please note that all orders to the EU with an order value over €150 ship on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, and may incur additional fees at customs.
Do you offer free shipping to international countries?
We offer free shipping to all international orders $90 USD and over. To be eligible for free shipping your subtotal must be greater than $90 USD once any promotions or discounts are applied.
